Version 4.30 of the Payroll tax table file has been released. Although federal tables are still not absolutely definite, we have updated the FICA and FWT tables in accordance with Federal Notice #1036, which provides early release formulas.

This release also updates tables for:

• California
• District of Columbia
• Delaware
• Idaho
• Illinois
• Kentucky
• Massachusetts
• Michigan
• Maine
• Minnesota
• Missouri
• North Dakota
• New Mexico
• New York (state and Yonkers tables)
• Oklahoma
• Oregon
• Puerto Rico (we believe the new withholding formula issued by Puerto Rico is mathematically fallacious, and therefore the tables are best guesses of the intended functionality)
• Rhode Island
• Vermont

Connecticut has also changed their withholding formula. Tables for this state are not included and are only available by request.
