	IMPORTANT BULLETIN On June 6, 2014, RDI/Ryll Diversified Inc. acquired the names and intellectual property rights to the software package RTS-Advantage Accounting System, all associated module packages currently marketed by the seller (Roundtable Software) associated with that system, and all custom programs created to operate with that system for individual clients. As a result, all services currently provided to you by RTS/Roundtable Software thereafter will be provided by RDI/Ryll Diversified Inc. No action is required on your part.
