The latest release of the Windows System Manager (5.07) is available as a free download, or can be ordered on CD from your dealer. The new version has the following enhancements and changes:

• Create/Expand Company Files option has been added. This latest addition effectively eliminates the need to use the DOS System Administrator for any required system tasks.
  
  
• Several problems were fixed in the Modify Reports program, where certain specific report formats would be saved incorrectly after editing.
  
  
• The Relink option was improved to do a more thorough job of finding bad links on certain types of files.
  
  
• New capabilities associated with the Point of Sale Invoicing module.
  
  
• The installation utility for System Manager has also been enhanced to include system files, many of which have been updated in connection with the Point of Sale Invoicing module for this release.

• The General Ledger Report Generator dictionary has had flag fields for Entry Updated and Employee Updated added, and the maximum printing size of the Entry Description was enlarged from 21 to 25 characters.
  
  
• New Feature: Payroll graduated tax tables can now be based on graduated amounts, flat amounts and flat percentages in addition to graduated percentages.
  
  
• Payroll's Certified Payroll report has been changed to conform to new law now in effect that only the last 4 digits of employee Social Security numbers are printed.
  
  
• Bank Reconciliation's reconciliation report was enhanced to provide more flexibility for users who do mid-month updates of their General Ledger.
  
  
• Relink was updated for compatibility with new Point of Sale Invoicing module.
  
  
• Changed terminal dates did not immediately refresh on main program screens.
  
  
• Payroll tax tables were updated for compatibility with new feature of multiple table types.
  
  
• Many data files updated for use with new Point of Sale Invoicing module.
