Inventory Adjustments

All of your inventory adjustment needs are now met in this one convenient program. It has three tabbed options, for quantity changes, quantity transfers and item depletions.

• All three options have the new capability to set the audit type of the adjustment. In DOS all adjustments were audited as generic quantity changes, now you can be specific about the nature of the operation.
  
  
• The quantity editing option  keeps you from having to do any extra math by offering two ways to change quantities -- you can either enter the new quantity on hand, or tell it how much the quantity has changed.
  
  
• The transfer option, available if you use warehouses, adds the new option--Transfer All--freeing you from entering quantities if you are moving your complete stock of a batch of items from one location to another.
  
  
• The Deplete option offers you an even quicker way to zero out the quantities of discontinued items -- you could use the Edit option, but Deplete does the whole job in one quick step, at your option emptying out all serial numbers and warehouses, too.
