LIFO/FIFO Costs

RTS-Advantage has long had the ability to view and edit the FIFO/LIFO list of your items, but the feature was well-hidden and not user-friendly. We've now made this option its own program and improved it by adding an Insert option and a display that warns you if your cost list doesn't match your quantity on hand.
